Description

The aluminium AL13 Mild comes with a stand that holds the razor at an angle to dry between uses. The stand is made from a plate of 6061-T651 aluminium.

The razor and stand are made in Canada. The AL13 takes standard double-edge blades and uses fixed blade support, with anodised aluminium construction.

How to use

Before shaving, soften the hair with water and shaving cream. Screw the handle fully closed: when it is left loose, the blade has greater exposure and less support.

Use light pressure. Rinse the head under running water or by moving it through water, without tapping it against the sink.

Compatibility

The razor in the set takes standard double-edge (DE) blades. The stand is designed for Henson razors.

Care

After shaving, rinse thoroughly, loosen the handle by about one and a half turns so that the blade is no longer bent, and leave the razor on its side in a dry place outside the shower.

When changing the blade, clean gently with a soft toothbrush, water and soap. Dry before fitting a new blade. Avoid harsh cleaners and the dishwasher. If the thread does not turn smoothly, add one drop of oil to the handle thread.

Collect used blades in a suitable blade disposal container and follow local disposal rules.
