At The Two Barbers we offer authentic, certified high-quality products and transparent return procedures, in accordance with applicable European and Greek law (Greek Law 2251/1994 as amended by Law 5170/2025, Greek Law 4967/2022, Directive 2011/83/EU).
Please retain your purchase receipt or a copy for any return or exchange request. All orders are archived in your personal account on the Website.
02 — Wrong Delivery
Wrong or Non-conforming Delivery
If a different product is delivered (in type or quantity) or an agreed property is missing, we cover fully the cost of return and re-shipment.
03 — Legal Warranty
Defective Products & 2-Year Warranty
Pursuant to Greek Law 2251/1994, Greek Law 4967/2022 (transposition of Directives 2019/770 and 2019/771) and the provisions of the Greek Civil Code, the consumer is entitled to a legal warranty of two (2) years for defects and lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.
Consumer rights (in order):
- Repair or replacement free of charge and without significant inconvenience.
- Price reduction, if the above are not feasible.
- Termination of the contract and full refund.
What the legal warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear due to use or passage of time.
- Effects of incorrect or improper use, negligence or poor maintenance.
- Natural consumption of cosmetics and personal care items following their use.
- Formula deterioration after the reasonable expected lifetime of the product (Article 540 of the Greek Civil Code).
- Allergic or skin reactions without prior ingredient (INCI) check.
- Damage from force majeure or use incompatible with manufacturer instructions.
The return of a defective product can be made via courier or in-store at 64 Eleftheriou Venizelou Street, Larissa. For defective products, return and re-shipment costs are covered by the Company.
04 — DOA
DOA Products (Dead on Arrival)
Products presenting a defect upon receipt can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
After inspection, we promptly proceed with:
- Replacement with a new product, or
- Refund via the same payment method as the original transaction.
Return and re-shipment costs are fully covered by the Company.
05 — Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal (15 Days)
As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal within 15 calendar days from delivery, without giving reason. The Company offers one additional day beyond the legal 14-day period (Article 3ε of Greek Law 2251/1994).
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accompanying documents and packaging.
Rights and obligations:
- Refund: Within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. The price and the cost of standard initial shipping are refunded. We reserve the right to withhold until receipt of the goods or until proof of dispatch is provided.
- Method of refund: Via the same payment method as the original transaction (card, Klarna, bank transfer, cash on delivery).
- Return costs: The direct return costs are borne by the customer.
- Partial withdrawal: For partial returns, the original shipping costs are refunded proportionally based on the standard shipping method.
06 — Exclusions
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 3ιβ of Greek Law 2251/1994 and the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union (C-681/17), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where they have been opened, unsealed or used after delivery.
This exclusion includes:
- Perfumes, eau de toilette, eau de parfum (after unscrewing or spraying).
- Creams, lotions, serums, masks (with broken seal or signs of use).
- Shampoos, conditioners, body washes, soaps (opened).
- Beard oils, hair oils, facial oils (with used dropper).
- Pomades, waxes, clays, hair styling products (with signs of use or broken seal).
- Shaving soaps, shaving creams (opened).
- Razors, blades, shaving brushes (after use).
- After-shave, lotions, balms (opened).
- Oral hygiene products, deodorants (opened).
Additionally, customised or made-to-order goods are excluded, as well as items that by their nature cannot be resold for reasons of hygiene.
07 — Refund Conditions
Refund Terms
- Initial shipping costs: Only the costs of the standard (basic) shipping method are refunded. If you chose a faster or more expensive method (e.g., DHL Express, premium courier), the cost difference from the standard option is not refunded.
- Diminished value due to use (Article 3ε para. 7): You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to the diminished value.
- Original packaging: Returns must be made with the original packaging, accompanying accessories and documents (receipts, warranties). Significant damage to packaging or absence of accompanying items may result in proportional reduction of the refund amount.
- Refund timeline: The refund is processed within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, via the same payment method. The Company reserves the right to delay the refund until receipt of the goods or proof of dispatch is provided.
08 — Risk Transfer
Shipping Liability
Pursuant to Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU, Greek Law 4967/2022 and Article 522 of the Greek Civil Code, the risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer when the consumer — or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) — takes physical possession of the goods.
Until that moment, the Company bears the risk of loss, damage or theft. In case of loss or damage during shipping, please notify us promptly at info@thetwobarbers.com to initiate the process with the carrier.
09 — Unclaimed Delivery
Unclaimed Orders
If the package is not collected within the carrier's deadline (e.g., automated pickup point, locker, courier point, cash on delivery) and is returned to us, the customer is charged with the shipping and return costs.
Options:
- Re-shipment: Possible with charge for new shipping costs.
- Refund: The product value is refunded, less the shipping costs (initial dispatch + return).
Please ensure you will be available for collection within the deadline set by the carrier to avoid additional charges.
10 — Process
How Returns Work
- Contact us. Send an email to info@thetwobarbers.com or call +30 2410 254 808 with your order number and reason for return.
- Packaging. Carefully package the product in its original condition. Use an outer box for protection during shipping.
- Accompanying note. Attach a note with contact details, order number and preferred resolution (replacement, price reduction or refund).
- Shipping. Send the package per the Returns Department instructions to: 64 Eleftheriou Venizelou Street, 41222 Larissa, Greece.
- Inspection & processing. Upon receipt, we inspect within 1-2 business days and proceed with the agreed resolution.
If return conditions are not met (e.g., opened product outside legal warranty), the product may be returned to the sender at their charge.

I received the wrong product. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at info@thetwobarbers.com. We cover the full cost of return and re-shipment, and send the correct product without delay.
The product is defective. Is there a charge?
No. Repair or replacement is free of charge within the 2-year legal warranty, and shipping costs are covered by the Company.
I want to withdraw. Which costs are refunded?
We refund the price and the standard initial shipping costs. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
How will the refund be processed?
Via the same payment method as the original transaction, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. We reserve the right to withhold until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch is provided.
Which products cannot be returned?
Perfumes, creams, shampoos, beard oils, pomades, shaving soaps and other personal care items that have been opened or used. Also customised products and any goods that by their nature cannot be resold for reasons of hygiene (Article 3ιβ of Greek Law 2251/1994).
I paid for DHL Express €13. Will I get this back on withdrawal?
For withdrawal, only the standard shipping method costs are refunded. The cost difference from premium services (e.g., DHL Express) is not refunded.
I missed collecting the package. What happens?
If the package is returned due to non-collection within the carrier's deadline, we can re-ship it with shipping charges or refund the product value less the shipping and return costs.
What is the 2-year legal warranty?
Pursuant to Greek Law 2251/1994 and Greek Law 4967/2022, the consumer is entitled to a 2-year warranty for defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or natural consumption of cosmetics.
