General Policy

At The Two Barbers we offer authentic, certified high-quality products and transparent return procedures, in accordance with applicable European and Greek law.

Please keep your proof of purchase or a copy for any return/exchange request.

Wrong or Non-Conforming Delivery

If a different product is delivered (by type/quantity) or an agreed feature is missing, we fully cover the cost of return and reshipment. Follow the recommended return method for faster processing.

Defective Products (Legal Guarantee)

For lack of conformity, we provide repair or replacement free of charge and without significant inconvenience. If this is not feasible, you are entitled to a price reduction or refund.

Returns can be made via courier or at our store at 87 Eleftheriou Venizelou, Larissa, Greece. For defective/DOA products, return and reshipment costs are covered by us.

DOA Products (Dead on Arrival)

Products that show a defect upon receipt can be returned within 7 days. After inspection, we proceed immediately with replacement or refund using the same payment method. Return and reshipment costs are covered by us.

Failed Delivery / Non-Collection

If a parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe (e.g. automated pickup point, locker, courier point, cash on delivery) and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs.

  • Reshipment: Available with new shipping charges.
  • Refund: The product value is refunded, minus shipping costs (outbound + return).

Important: Please ensure you are available to collect your parcel within the carrier's specified timeframe to avoid additional charges.

Right of Withdrawal (15 Days) – Brief overview

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 15 days of delivery, without giving any reason. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accompanying documents and packaging.

  • Refund: Within 15 days of notification, we refund the price and the cost of standard initial shipping (not additional services such as express/Saturday delivery). The refund is made using the same payment method as the original transaction. We reserve the right to withhold payment until we receive the products or proof of dispatch.
  • Return costs: The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer.
  • Partial withdrawal: For partial order returns, original shipping is refunded proportionally, where applicable (based on standard shipping method).
  • Diminished value: Handling beyond what is necessary for testing may result in diminished value, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Exceptions: Unsealed personal care/hygiene products, customised items and other legal exceptions cannot be returned.

Tip: Choose carefully before completing your order to avoid unnecessary returns.

Return Procedure

  • Pack carefully (use an outer box for protection).
  • Include a note with contact details, order number and preferred solution (replacement or refund).
  • Send the parcel according to the Returns Department instructions or via the courier used for delivery.

If conditions are not met, the product may be returned to the sender at their expense.

I received the wrong product. What do I do?

Contact us. We cover the cost of return and reshipment and send the correct product immediately.

The product is defective. Is there a charge?

No. Repair/replacement is free of charge, and shipping costs are covered by us.

I want to withdraw. What costs are covered?

We refund the price and standard initial shipping. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

How will the refund be made?

Using the same payment method as the original transaction, within 15 days of withdrawal notification (with the right to withhold until receipt or proof of dispatch).

Which products cannot be returned?

Unsealed personal care/hygiene products, customised items and those expressly excluded by law.

I didn't collect my parcel in time. What happens?

If the parcel is returned due to non-collection within the carrier's timeframe, we can reship it with shipping charges or refund the product value minus outbound and return shipping costs.
