General Policy

At The Two Barbers we offer authentic, certified high-quality products and transparent return procedures, in line with applicable EU and Greek consumer law.

Please keep your purchase receipt or a copy for any return/exchange request.

Wrong or Non-Conforming Delivery

If a different product is delivered (by type/quantity) or an agreed feature is missing, we fully cover the cost of return and reshipment. Please follow our suggested return method for faster handling.

Defective Products (Legal Guarantee)

For lack of conformity, we provide repair or replacement free of charge and without significant inconvenience. If this is not feasible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

Returns can be made via courier or at our store: Eleftheriou Venizelou 87, Larissa. For defective/DOA items, return and reshipment costs are covered by us.

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

Items found defective upon delivery can be returned within 7 days. After inspection, we proceed with immediate replacement or a refund via the same payment method. Return and reshipment costs are covered by the company.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) — Summary

As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days from delivery, without giving any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all accompanying documents and packaging.

  • Refund: Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice we refund the product price and the cost of the standard initial shipping (not any additional services such as express/Saturday). Refunds are issued via the same payment method as the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment.
  • Return shipping: The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
  • Partial withdrawal: For partial returns, the initial shipping cost is refunded pro-rata, where applicable (based on the standard shipping method).
  • Value reduction: Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature/characteristics/functioning may lead to a value reduction deducted from the refund.
  • Exceptions: Unsealed personal care/hygiene items, personalised goods and other legally excluded categories are non-returnable.

Tip: Please choose carefully before completing your order to avoid unnecessary returns.

How to Return

  • Pack the item securely (outer box for protection).
  • Include a note with contact details, order number and your preferred solution (exchange or refund).
  • Ship the parcel according to our Returns Team instructions or with the courier used for delivery.

If the conditions are not met, the item may be returned to the sender at their expense.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Contact us. We cover the cost of return and reshipment and dispatch the correct item promptly.

The item is defective. Are there any charges?

No. Repair/replacement is free of charge and all shipping costs are covered by the company.

I wish to withdraw. Which costs are covered?

We refund the product price and standard initial shipping. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

How will my refund be issued?

Via the same payment method as the original transaction, within 14 days of withdrawal notice (we may withhold until receipt or proof of shipment).
