Payment Methods (Cards, Viva Wallet, SEPA/IBAN)
- Cards: Credit/debit/prepaid (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via certified providers.
- Viva Wallet: Payment processing by an authorised Payment Institution (PCI DSS).
- SEPA/IBAN bank transfer: Transfers within SEPA in EUR. Orders are fulfilled after payment confirmation to our account (usually 1–2 business days). Any bank fees/charges are borne by the customer. Please include your order number in the “Reference/Reason” field.
Note: We do not store card details on our servers; processing is performed by the payment providers.

Returns, Defective & Withdrawal
Full policy: Returns & Exchanges. Summary:
- Wrong/non-conforming delivery & lack of conformity: repair/replacement at no charge; return/re-shipment costs covered by the Company.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival): return within 7 days of delivery; replacement or refund via the original payment method.
- Withdrawal (14 days): refund of the product price and the standard initial shipping; return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Hygiene/personal-care items unsealed, personalised goods, etc., are excluded as provided by law.

Which payment methods are supported?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), Viva Wallet, and SEPA/IBAN bank transfer.
When is a SEPA/bank-transfer order dispatched?
After we confirm the incoming payment to our account (usually 1–2 business days). Please include your order number in the payment reference.
What’s the difference between withdrawal and defective/DOA?
For 14-day withdrawal we refund the product price and the standard initial shipping; the cost of returning the parcel is borne by the customer. For wrong/defective/DOA items, we cover shipping and repair/replace at no charge.
How do refunds get processed?
Via the original payment method, within 14 days of notification (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of shipment).
Can I change/cancel my order before dispatch?
Please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the parcel ships.
How do I receive a business invoice?
Select “Invoice” at checkout and provide full billing details.
