01 — Introduction
Introduction & Acceptance
The website www.thetwobarbers.com is a premium beauty and grooming e-shop for women and men (the "Website"), owned by THE TWO BARBERS L.P. (the "Company").
By accessing and using the Website and/or placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. Contracts are concluded in the Greek language. Immediately after the conclusion of the contract, the customer receives written confirmation via email containing the essential transaction details (product, price, VAT, shipping costs, payment method, contact details).
Legal framework: These terms are governed by: Greek Law 2251/1994 (Consumer Protection, as amended by Law 5170/2025), Greek Law 4933/2022 (transposition of Omnibus Directive 2019/2161), Greek Law 4967/2022 (digital contracts), Greek Law 4624/2019 (GDPR implementing law), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Presidential Decree 131/2003 (e-commerce, transposition of Directive 2000/31/EC).
02 — Contract Conclusion
Technical Steps for Contract Conclusion
The conclusion of a sales contract via the Website follows these steps:
- Product selection and addition to the shopping cart.
- Cart review with the option to modify quantities or remove products.
- Customer details entry for delivery and billing information.
- Selection of shipping and payment method.
- Final review with the option to correct errors before order submission.
- Order submission by clicking the completion button — this action constitutes an electronic contract.
- Confirmation via email with the contract details.
Contract archiving: Each order is archived in our system and accessible via the customer's personal account on the Website. Additionally, a detailed confirmation email is sent which the customer can save for their records.
Contract language: Contracts are concluded in the Greek language. An English translation is provided to facilitate international customers; however, in case of discrepancy, the Greek text prevails.
Error correction: The customer may correct data entry errors at any stage prior to final order submission. After submission, corrections may be made by contacting info@thetwobarbers.com or +30 2410 254 808, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
03 — Modifications
General Terms & Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and update the Website without prior notice. The terms in force at any given time are published on this page — periodic review is recommended.
The Company is committed to the accuracy of basic identity and transaction information. In the event of good-faith errors or oversights, the Company reserves the right to make corrections upon discovery.
04 — Products
Product Information
The packaging or label of a product may contain additional or different information (description, country of origin, ingredients, allergens, etc.) compared to what appears on the Website. Please always read labels, warnings and instructions before use.
For specialised inquiries regarding ingredients or product use, you may contact the manufacturer or our team at info@thetwobarbers.com.
Cosmetics & Allergies: The products offered are cosmetics and personal care items in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The customer must carefully review the ingredient list (INCI) before use, particularly if they have known allergies or sensitive skin. A patch test on a small skin area is recommended before full use. The Company shall not be liable for skin or allergic reactions where the customer failed to follow usage instructions or did not check the ingredients despite knowing or having reason to know of relevant sensitivities. In case of a reaction, discontinue use and consult a physician.
05 — Transparency
Price & Review Transparency
Product Reviews: Reviews displayed on product pages originate exclusively from verified buyers who have ordered the specific product from the Website. We do not publish fake or paid reviews and receive no compensation for publishing positive reviews. In compliance with Greek Law 4933/2022 (transposition of Omnibus Directive 2019/2161), we take reasonable measures to verify the authenticity of reviews.
Price Reduction Announcements: Every announcement of a price reduction (offer, discount, sale) displays the lowest price applied to the product during the 30 days preceding the start of the offer, in accordance with Article 5 of Greek Law 4933/2022 and the New Code of Conduct (Government Gazette 1140/B/12-3-2025). The comparison is made against the genuine previous price and not against the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP), unless explicitly stated.
Product Ranking: The order of products in lists, searches and categories is based on objective parameters such as availability, popularity (number of sales), date added, and review rating. We do not apply personalised pricing — all customers see the same prices for the same products.
06 — Liability
Limitation of Liability & Availability
The Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure proper operation and updating of the Website. We do not guarantee the availability of specific products; in case of changes, the customer is informed promptly.
The content is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website, nor for delays or cancellations due to force majeure.
07 — Intellectual Property
Intellectual & Industrial Property
Trademarks, logos, texts, images, graphics and designs on the Website are the property of the Company or third parties (under valid licence) and are protected by Greek, EU and international intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, modification, transmission, distribution or misleading the public is prohibited without prior written consent.
08 — User Responsibility
User Responsibility
Users of the Website are required to use it lawfully and fairly, in accordance with good faith and customary commercial practice. Specifically, the following are prohibited:
- Sending or publishing unlawful or offensive content that harms the Company or third parties or violates confidentiality.
- Sending or publishing material that offends decency, social values or minors.
- Transmitting content without authorisation (confidential, proprietary or insider information).
- Infringing third-party rights (patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights).
- Transmitting viruses or malicious code that disrupts or damages software or hardware.
- Wilful or negligent breach of applicable legislation.
- Harassment of third parties in any manner.
- Collecting or storing personal data of other users without lawful basis.
09 — Licence
Limited Licence
A non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal right to access and use the Website for personal purposes is granted. This licence does not constitute a transfer of title and is subject to the following conditions:
- Retention of all intellectual and proprietary protection notices in any copies.
- Prohibition of modification, public display, distribution or commercial exploitation, unless expressly permitted in writing.
10 — Links
Links
The Website contains links to pages of the Company or third parties. Third-party websites are not controlled by the Company, and we bear no responsibility for their content, updates or transmissions. Links are provided exclusively for user convenience and do not constitute endorsement of third-party content.
11 — Payments

Risk Transfer: In accordance with Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU, Greek Law 4967/2022 and Article 522 of the Greek Civil Code, the risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer when the consumer — or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) — takes physical possession of the goods. Until that moment, the Company bears the risk of loss, damage or theft. If the consumer chooses their own carrier not offered through the Website, the risk passes upon delivery of the goods to that carrier.
13 — Personal Data
Data Protection & Cookies
Personal data processing is conducted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019 (GDPR implementing law in Greece).
You have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. These rights may be exercised by sending a request to info@thetwobarbers.com.
We use cookies for functionality, analysis and improvement of user experience. Detailed information on the Personal Data & Cookies page.
14 — Returns
Returns, Defective Products & Withdrawal
The detailed policy is presented on the Returns & Exchanges page. Summary:
Legal Warranty (2 years): Pursuant to Greek Law 2251/1994, Greek Law 4967/2022 (transposition of Directives 2019/770 and 2019/771) and the provisions of the Greek Civil Code, the consumer is entitled to a legal warranty of two (2) years for defects and lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. During this period, the consumer is entitled, in order: repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. Advance waiver by the consumer of these rights is null and void.
What the legal warranty does not cover: The warranty covers exclusively defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear due to use or passage of time.
- Effects of incorrect or improper use, negligence or poor maintenance.
- Natural consumption or depletion of cosmetics and personal care items (e.g., perfumes, creams, shampoos, body washes, soaps, candles) following their use.
- Formula deterioration after the reasonable expected lifetime of the product, taking into account its nature (Article 540 of the Greek Civil Code).
- Allergic or skin reactions where the consumer did not check the ingredient list (INCI) before use.
- Damage from force majeure or use incompatible with manufacturer instructions.
Under Article 5 of Greek Law 4967/2022, for defects appearing within twelve (12) months from delivery, it is presumed that they existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. After 12 months, the consumer bears the burden of proving that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
- Wrong or non-conforming delivery & lack of conformity: Repair or replacement free of charge. Transport costs (return and re-shipment) are borne by the Company.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival): Return within 7 days of delivery. You are entitled to replacement or refund via the same payment method.
- Right of Withdrawal (15 calendar days): The Company offers one additional day beyond the legal 14-day period (Article 3ε of Greek Law 2251/1994). The price and the standard initial shipping cost are refunded; return costs are borne by the customer.
- Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal (Greek Law 2251/1994 Article 3ιβ): The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where they have been opened, unsealed or used after delivery. This exclusion includes indicatively the following cosmetics and personal care items:
- Perfumes, eau de toilette, eau de parfum (after unscrewing or spraying)
- Creams, lotions, serums, masks (with broken seal or signs of use)
- Shampoos, conditioners, body washes, soaps (opened)
- Beard oils, hair oils, facial oils (with used dropper)
- Pomades, waxes, clays, hair styling products (with signs of use or broken seal)
- Shaving soaps, shaving creams (opened)
- Razors, blades, shaving brushes (after use)
- After-shave, lotions, balms (opened)
- Oral hygiene products, deodorants (opened)
- Withdrawal Form: Available pursuant to Annex B of Greek Law 2251/1994 — you may request it at info@thetwobarbers.com or exercise the right via any clear statement (email, letter, phone).
Refund Conditions:
- Initial shipping costs: Only the costs of the standard (basic) shipping method are refunded. If the customer chose a faster or more expensive method (e.g., DHL Express, premium courier), the cost difference from the standard option is not refunded.
- Diminished value due to use (Article 3ε para. 7): The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to the diminished value.
- Original packaging: Returns must be made with the original packaging, accompanying accessories and documents (receipts, warranties). Significant damage to the packaging or absence of accompanying items may result in proportional reduction of the refund amount.
- Refund timeline: The refund is processed within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, via the same payment method. The Company reserves the right to delay the refund until receipt of the goods or until the customer provides proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
