General Information
We offer multiple secure ways to pay. All transactions are processed in Euro (EUR). Prices include VAT 24%.
We do not store card details on our servers. Processing is handled by certified payment providers on pages protected with TLS/SSL. See also Secure Transactions.
1) Card via Viva Wallet
Pay with credit, debit or prepaid card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) via Viva Wallet (licensed Payment Institution, PCI DSS compliant).
- You are redirected to Viva Wallet’s secure environment to enter your card details.
- 3D Secure verification by your bank may be required.
- The buyer must be the cardholder or have valid authorization.
Card number, expiry date and CVV are not stored by us.
2) Cash on Delivery
Pay the courier upon delivery (where supported). A COD/shipping fee applies and is clearly shown at checkout.
Carrier-imposed amount limits may apply.
3) PayPal
Checkout with PayPal. The transaction is completed on PayPal’s secure pages without sharing your payment details with us.
4) Bank Transfer (SEPA/IBAN)
Settle your order by bank deposit/transfer. Please include your order number and full name in the payment reference.

5) Klarna – Instalments / Pay Later
Complete your purchase with Klarna (where available), choosing options like Pay in 3 (3 interest-free instalments) or Pay Later (deferred payment).
- Availability depends on order amount, country and Klarna’s assessment. Approval is solely at Klarna Bank AB (publ)’s discretion.
- When selecting Klarna you are redirected to Klarna for identity checks and plan selection.
- For returns/cancellations, Klarna is notified and adjusts/cancels your instalment plan according to the credited amount.
- 18+ and compliance with Klarna’s terms required. Late payment fees may be charged by Klarna.

Check your card details, available balance and 3D Secure activation. Try again or choose another method. If the issue persists, contact us.
Klarna declined my request. Why?
Approval is made solely by Klarna based on its internal checks (amount, history, risk assessment). You may choose another payment method or contact Klarna for details.
Where can I view/manage my Klarna instalments?
In your Klarna account/app. You will receive instructions/notifications after completing your order.
When will a bank-transfer order be processed?
After the payment is credited to our account (typically 1–2 business days). Sending the payment slip can help us accelerate processing.
How are refunds issued?
Via the original payment method wherever technically possible. For Klarna, credits/adjustments are handled by Klarna according to your plan.
