General Information
Four options, clear terms.
All transactions are processed in euros (EUR). Prices include 24% VAT for all deliveries (Greece, Cyprus, European Union).
We do not store card details on our servers. Processing is handled by certified providers on pages secured with TLS/SSL encryption.
Card Payment via Viva.com Smart Checkout
Pay with credit, debit or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and other major brands where supported) via Viva.com — part of Vivabank SA, a credit institution supervised by the Bank of Greece, with PCI DSS Level 1 certification.

Klarna — Interest-free Instalments & Pay Later
Complete your order with Klarna and choose the option that suits you: Pay in 3 (3 interest-free monthly instalments) or Pay Later (pay at a later date).
- Available for international orders (Cyprus, EU)
- Approval is granted solely by Klarna Bank AB (publ) based on internal assessment
- When you select Klarna, you're redirected to Klarna's environment for verification and plan selection
- For returns/cancellations, Klarna is notified and adjusts the instalment plan accordingly
- Age 18+, subject to Klarna terms · late payment fees may apply for overdue payments
Cash on Delivery
Pay the courier in cash on delivery. Available only for deliveries within Greece — not supported for Box Now Lockers or international shipments.

Pay by bank transfer or wire transfer to one of the accounts below. In the payment reference, please include your order number and full name.

Invoicing
Receipt or Tax Invoice.
At checkout, choose Retail Receipt or Tax Invoice. For an invoice, please provide your business name, VAT number, tax authority and profession. All documents are sent electronically after order completion.

My card payment failed. What can I do?
Check your card details, available balance and 3D Secure verification completion. Try again or select a different payment method. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Klarna did not approve my request. Why?
Approval is determined exclusively by Klarna based on internal assessments (purchase amount, history, risk evaluation). We have no access to the assessment criteria. You can choose an alternative payment method or contact Klarna directly for more information.
Where can I view and manage my Klarna instalment plan?
Through the Klarna app or your account at klarna.com. You'll receive notifications and instructions by email after your order is completed.
When does order processing begin with bank transfer?
After payment is confirmed in our account — typically 1–2 business days after the transfer. Send the payment receipt to info@thetwobarbers.com for faster processing.
How are refunds processed?
Via the same payment method as the original transaction, where technically possible. For cards: refund to the same card (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank). For Klarna: credit and plan adjustment handled by Klarna. For bank transfer: refund to your account via IBAN you provide.
Is card payment secure?
Yes. Viva.com (part of Vivabank SA, a credit institution supervised by the Bank of Greece) is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider — the highest tier in the industry.
