Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes, on all couriers within Greece except Box Now Lockers (lockers cannot accept cash). Cash-on-delivery fee varies — from €0.90 (Geniki Tachydromiki) to €2.70 (Courier Center, ACS). Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.
How can I track my order?
With the tracking number you receive by email after dispatch. It shows your order's progress in real time.
What are the delivery times?
Mainland Greece: 24 hours from dispatch. Greek islands: 2 working days. Box Now Lockers: 24/7 pick-up once notified. International (Cyprus / EU): typically 3-7 working days depending on destination.

Yes, we ship to Cyprus and across all European Union countries. Cyprus: Box Now Lockers (€9.50) or DHL Express (€13.00). Rest of EU: DHL Express, from €13.00 — exact rate calculated at checkout based on destination.
