How do I place an order?
Via thetwobarbers.com. Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping/payment details and confirm. You can checkout as a guest or create an account.
How do I know my order was received?
You’ll receive a confirmation email. If you can’t find it, check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us.
Can I modify or cancel before dispatch?
Yes—please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll help adjust or cancel it.
Where is my order? (tracking)
Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number/link from the courier or from us.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
We ship from our distribution center within 24 hours of completion, provided all items are in stock. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 1 business day within mainland Greece and 2 business days for islands/remote areas, subject to external factors (weather, carrier network load, etc.).

Payment Methods
Which payment methods do you accept?
- Card via Viva Wallet (Visa, Mastercard, etc. – 3D Secure, PCI DSS).
- PayPal – complete your payment in PayPal’s secure environment.
- Bank Transfer (SEPA/IBAN) – processing starts after payment is credited.
- Cash on Delivery (where available).
- Klarna – Pay in 3 / Pay Later (where offered, subject to Klarna approval).
We do not store card details; entry is handled on the secure pages of the payment provider.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
Include your order number in the payment reference. Processing starts after payment is credited (usually 1–2 business days). To speed things up, email us the proof of payment at info@thetwobarbers.com.
My card was declined / Klarna didn’t approve. What now?
Please check your details, available balance and 3D Secure. You can also choose another method. Klarna approvals are decided solely by Klarna.

Returns & Exchanges
I received a wrong/non-conforming product.
Contact us. We fully cover the cost of return and re-shipment (please follow our recommended return method).
Defective or DOA?
For lack of conformity we provide repair/replacement at no cost; if not feasible, price reduction/refund. For DOA, return within 7 days of delivery for replacement/refund after inspection.
Right of withdrawal (14 days): what applies?
- Within 14 days of delivery, no reason required, return items in original condition.
- We refund the product price and the standard initial shipping (not express/Saturday services).
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Use beyond necessary inspection may lead to a value deduction.
- Exceptions include unsealed personal care/hygiene items, personalised goods, etc.
