How can I place an order?

Through thetwobarbers.com. Add products to the cart, proceed to checkout, fill in shipping and payment details, and confirm. You can order as a guest or with an account.

How do I know my order was registered?

You will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, check Junk / Spam or contact us.

Can I modify or cancel before dispatch?

Yes, contact our team immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we will modify or cancel it.

Can I change the delivery address after submission?

Contact us immediately at info@thetwobarbers.com or +30 2410 254 808. Provided the order has not been dispatched, the address can be modified. After dispatch, address change depends on the courier.

Where is my order (tracking)?

Upon dispatch, we send a tracking number or tracking link from the courier or from us.

When is my order dispatched?

Dispatch from our distribution centre within 24 hours of order completion, provided products are available. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

How long until I receive my order?

Typically 1 business day for mainland Greece and 2 business days for islands / remote areas, subject to external factors (weather, network load, etc.).

Which countries do you ship to?
  • Greece: Box Now, ELTA, Geniki Tachydromiki, Courier Center, ACS
  • Cyprus: Box Now Lockers or DHL Express
  • Other EU countries: DHL Express
Is there free shipping?

Yes, for orders over €59 within Greece with Box Now or ELTA. For lower amounts or additional services, current charges are displayed at checkout.

Saturday delivery?

May be available from the courier as an optional service where supported.

How do Box Now Lockers work?

Select the locker point that suits you at checkout. When the package arrives, you receive an SMS with a unique code. 24/7 collection within Box Now's deadline (typically 3 days). Free shipping for orders over €59 within Greece.

What if I don't collect a cash-on-delivery order?

For unjustified refusal of cash-on-delivery, we are charged shipping and return costs. We reserve the right to claim these costs and to disallow future cash-on-delivery purchases by the same user, requiring prepayment by card or bank transfer.

What if the package is lost or damaged?

Until you take possession, the Company bears the risk of loss or damage (Article 522 of the Greek Civil Code + Directive 2011/83/EU). In such case, notify us promptly at info@thetwobarbers.com to initiate the carrier process and arrange re-shipment or refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?
  • Card via Viva.com Smart Checkout — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (3D Secure, PCI DSS Level 1).
  • Klarna — Interest-free instalments (Pay in 3) or Pay Later (subject to Klarna approval).
  • Cash on Delivery — only for deliveries within Greece.
  • Bank transfer / SEPA — order processed after credit confirmation.
Bank transfer — what's needed?

In the reference field, enter the order number. Processing begins after credit confirmation (1–2 business days). For faster processing, send proof of payment to info@thetwobarbers.com.

How does Klarna Pay in 3 work?

You pay the order in 3 interest-free monthly instalments: the first at the time of ordering, the next two automatically at 30 and 60 days. Approval is provided by Klarna Bank AB at checkout, without affecting your credit score. Alternatively, with Klarna Pay Later, you pay later within Klarna's specified timeframe.

My card was declined or Klarna didn't approve. What do I do?

Check your details, balance, or 3D Secure, or choose another payment method. Klarna's approval is determined exclusively by Klarna Bank AB.

Returns & Exchanges

 
I received a wrong or non-conforming product.

Contact us. We fully cover the cost of return and re-shipment.

Defective or DOA?

You have a 2-year legal warranty for defects existing at the time of delivery. Repair or replacement free of charge. For DOA, return within 7 days and replacement or refund after inspection.

Right of withdrawal — what applies?
  • Within 15 days of delivery, without giving reason, return the product in its original condition.
  • We refund the price and the standard initial shipping costs.
  • Return costs are borne by the customer.
  • Use beyond what is necessary may result in diminished value reduction.
Which products cannot be returned?

Perfumes, creams, shampoos, beard oils, pomades, shaving soaps and other personal care items that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons (Article 3ιβ of Greek Law 2251/1994). Also customised products.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refund within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, via the same payment method as the original transaction (legal obligation under Article 3ε of Greek Law 2251/1994). We reserve the right to withhold until receipt of the goods or proof of dispatch is provided.

Can I exchange for another product instead of refund?

Yes, provided the product falls within the withdrawal framework (original condition, within 15 days) or is defective. Contact us before returning to agree on the new product. Price difference is settled accordingly.

How do I submit a return request?

Fill out the Returns Form or contact the Returns Department at info@thetwobarbers.com.

What do I gain as a member?

Cashback of 10% on regular prices and 5% on offers, plus exclusive privileges and early access where applicable.

When can I redeem?

After 15 days from earning the points. Sign-up is free.

Do points combine with discount codes?

In general, Loyalty points apply to the final amount after discounts. For offers with a coupon, the reward is calculated at the discounted 5% rate. Specific exceptions may apply for particular campaigns.

Is an account required to purchase?

No, you can purchase as a guest. An account offers order history, faster purchases and easier returns.

Can I receive an invoice?

Yes. Select "Invoice" at checkout and complete the billing details (legal name, VAT, tax office, profession).

How secure are transactions?

Are the products authentic?

Yes. We carry authentic, certified products from official distributors and houses.

The packaging information differs from the website. What applies?

The packaging may contain more or newer information. Always read labels and instructions before use.

Gift packaging?

Where available, an option appears in the cart or checkout. For special requests, contact us.

I have allergies — how do I check ingredients?

All products are cosmetics under Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 and bear an ingredient list (INCI) on the packaging. Read the list carefully before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitive skin. A patch test on a small skin area is recommended. In case of a reaction, discontinue use and consult a physician.
