MÜHLE R41GS | Stainless steel open-comb razor

The R41GS is intended for experienced users who prefer the direct feel of an open comb, with the entire razor made from stainless steel.

Description

This stainless steel version of the TRADITIONAL uses 316L steel and a longer handle measuring approximately 99 mm. The razor’s overall length is 106 mm, its width is 42 mm and its weight is 113 g.

The open comb gives shaving a more direct feel and is intended for a steady, practised hand. The R41GS is designed for facial shaving and is suited to thick beard growth or longer hairs.

How to use

With clean, dry hands, hold the head and unscrew the handle. Remove the lower plate, hold the blade by its short, blunt sides and place it on the guide pins. Reassemble without overtightening. Wet and lather the area. Start with the cheeks. Shave at an angle of about 30°, with the grain and without strong pressure. Shave each area once. On the neck, pull the skin tight with your free hand.

Care

Remove the blade before cleaning. Rinse under running water and use a mild cleaner if needed. Do not use vinegar, acids or solvents. For hygiene, replace the blade after five shaves or five days. For faults, contact qualified personnel authorised by MÜHLE.

Before transport, remove the blade and pack the razor and blade separately in suitable protective cases or boxes.

Before disposing of the used blade, place it in a protective cover or protective paper.

Precautions

Check for damage before each use. Do not touch the cutting edges and avoid sideways movements. Do not use on sensitive skin or if you are prone to allergies.
