MÜHLE R89 Geschl. Chrom | Closed-comb head

The R89 Geschl. Chrom replaces the closed-comb head of a compatible classic MÜHLE razor, retaining the gentle approach of the system.

Description

The chrome-plated metal head has a continuous lather edge rather than open teeth. The closed comb supports a gentle shaving technique and requires practice in correct handling, including for beginners.

The glossy chrome finish provides corrosion resistance. The R89 Geschl. Chrom is a replacement head for razor maintenance. Its fit depends on the exact handle system.

How to use

Choose the replacement part according to the open- or closed-comb system and the exact model of your razor. Parts must be replaced by suitably qualified personnel authorised by MÜHLE, using MÜHLE replacement parts and following the razor’s manual.

Compatibility

For classic MÜHLE safety razor systems with a compatible screw-on head. R89 TWIST, R41 TWIST, ROCCA and COMPANION are excluded.

Care

Remove the blade before cleaning the razor and rinse the head under running water. Do not use vinegar, acids or solvents, and do not overtighten the thread.

Precautions

Check components for wear, cracks or a loose connection, and do not use a worn or deformed head. Blades have sharp edges; grip them only by their short, blunt sides and keep the razor and blades away from children and animals.
