The Legacy of Alexander Simpson
In 1919, Scotsman Alexander E. Simpson founded the company in Clapham, London. In 1941, the factory was destroyed in the Blitz and moved to Somerset. In 2008, Progress Shaving Brush (Vulfix) acquired the brand, preserving the tradition.
