Luke discovered the world of barbering in Portland Oregon, where he daily admired an old-style barbershop that cultivated community. The brand took its name from Luke's grandfather, Willy "Uppercut" O'Shea, an old boxer from Jimmy Sharmans boxing troupe that toured rural Australia during the Great Depression.
