The Historic Heritage
In 1888, Claudio Casamorati founded the C. Casamorati Perfume Factory in Bologna. The house achieved worldwide success for its magnificent fragrances and exquisite bath soaps. Its fame reached Queen Margherita of Savoy, who so loved the essences that she gave the founder her gold pin.
Awards & International Recognition
During its operation, Casamorati received numerous awards at major national and international exhibitions. The fragrances "Profumeria Fina alla Violetta Ideale" became legendary. In the mid-20th century, due to financial crisis, the house was forced to close.
The Xerjoff Revival
Sergio Momo, founder of Xerjoff, decided to bring Casamorati back to its early century glory. The collection includes vintage perfumes like 1888, Lira, Italica, Dama Bianca, and Gran Ballo, preserving the historical and artistic heritage of the glamorous Art Nouveau era.
