Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements (PAA) was founded by Douglas Smythe and Frances Towle in Arizona as an artisan wet shaving brand with handcrafted products. Famous for their CK-6 (Crown King Kokum Butter) formula and vegan options that combine quality with creative storytelling.

The co-founders of Big Shave West event create aftershaves that "blur the line between splash and cologne" and have built an entire "Phoenix Shaving Universe" with hidden messages and Easter eggs in their packaging.

Cold Spices Aftershave Cologne by Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements combines spicy and floral notes with light menthol in a 100 ml glass bottle.

Character and formula

The orange and spice opening is framed by aldehydes and two aromatic nuances of sage. At the heart, flowers meet cinnamon and pimento berry before a base of resins, wood and sweet notes.

Cold Spices is a fragrant homage to Old Spice from the Shulton era. It is handmade in Arizona, USA.

  • Top: Orange, Spices, Aldehydes, Sage, Clary Sage
  • Heart: Carnation, Geranium, Heliotrope, Cinnamon, Pimento Berry
  • Base: Ambergris, Incense, Vanilla, Cedar, Musk, Benzoin, Tonka

Directions

After shaving, pour a few drops into your palm and apply gently to the face and neck.
